INNOVATION LABS (formerly “EXUS AI Labs”) is the evolution of the Research and Development Department of EXUS.
At INNOVATION LABS, we design and develop reliable, functional and innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions for a wide range of applications. With more than 30 years of experience in managing and implementing research activities, we cover the entire lifecycle of a project, from the idea conception to full operational deployment. Our team, consisting of more than 40 professionals, combines scientific knowledge with innovation and deep operational insight.
Through the implementation of dozens of research projects, we have developed substantial know-how in Artificial Intelligence solutions in the fields of:

Our flagship application in the field, “Scenario Builder”, is an integrated software system that is transforming the field of preparedness and staff training for emergency response. It leverages Artificial Intelligence techniques to design, execute and evaluate Table Top Exercise (TTX) scenarios, enhancing operational readiness and decision-making. It is intended for local and regional authorities, civil protection services and organisations with increased requirements in emergency management.
In parallel, we actively participate in more than 30 European Union projects under the Horizon Europe and European Defence Fund (EDF) programmes. INNOVATION LABS is currently the top-funded Greek SME in the Horizon Europe programme, confirming our leading role in European research and technological innovation.
